ME RESPITE is a registered charity providing practical support to those with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and related illnesses.
We offer Wellbeing Calls, Support Groups, MEals Programmes, Education, Mentoring, Targeted Support, and Social Events.

The Help We Provide
We provide tailored assistance to all of our members. ME RESPITE runs regular support groups – including online groups to share special interests and focuses. We mentor and share experiences from other members – helping you navigate through challenging times.
Our MEals programme provides access to reduced grocery delivery costs, and food parcel delivery in certain areas.
Our team undertakes regular wellbeing checks and provides one-one support; you are not alone.
We also understand that Carers play a vital role to many of our members and we encourage them to seek support and assistance from our networks.

Our Fundraising Efforts
Our target is to raise $50,000 in fundraising this year
As a Charity we rely on the support of sponsors and donors to complete the support work we do for those that need our services.
It takes a lot of work and administration to run these efforts and every dollar donated goes to help this cause. Any small amount you can give on a regular basis, ensures we can continue to provide much needed food, goods, services and help where it is really needed.
